Webex Assistant for Wayfinding
Activate Webex Assistant for wayfinding so that maps and wayfinding can be done via voice command and the Webex Assistant can be used to ask for directions.
Workspace Room Occupancy/Capacity Visualizer
Use existing compatible Webex boards or Webex room kits to enable MazeMap to visualize occupancy and capacity of the different meeting rooms.
Extend Meeting Room Feature
Enables smoother transition to another meeting room if the current meeting room is booked and users want to continue with the meeting in another meeting room.
Towards the end of the meeting, a prompt is given to show if the users want to continue the meeting and if the meeting room that is being used is booked by someone else, a list of available meeting rooms is shown. Users can then choose a new meeting room. MazeMap guides users to the new meeting room and Webex auto bridges to the new meeting room so that those WFH can also switch easily.
Split Meeting Room Feature
Enables more efficient flow of meetings when another meeting room is needed due to capacity breech.
With this feature, MazeMap automatically suggests another meeting room when capacity is reached in the current meeting room, guides the additional users to the proposed meeting room and Webex auto bridges to the proposed meeting room.
